Özsüt

The first Özsüt store opened in Kemeraltı, Izmir, in 1938. Initially selling only yogurt and clotted cream, it later added traditional milk-based desserts made according to palace recipes. As Özsüt's popularity grew in the 70s and 80s, its first branch opened in 1991 in Alsancak, the heart of Izmir, where it became a symbol and began to attract great interest. Continuing to grow and expand rapidly in the following years, Özsüt continued to delight the whole country with its exquisite flavors and by 2002, the number of Özsüt branches had reached 50. Today, Özsüt is expanding from Izmir to the world. Offering a rich menu with variety, catering to every hour of the day, and providing a comfortable place for guests to spend time and try different flavors, Özsüt continues to grow rapidly. While the number of stores in Turkey increases every year, its growth targets abroad are also progressing successfully. With investments planned in North America, Europe, and Middle Eastern countries, Özsüt is progressing toward becoming a global brand. Today, with over 150 branches in 45 provinces and abroad, Özsüt continues to welcome guests as one of Turkey's most established brands, adding unique flavors from world cuisines to its traditional tastes.
